Case Study: Monthly Grounds Round for a London Housing Association

We maintain communal grounds for a London housing association on a regular monthly round, working as a subcontractor to their main contractor, alongside ad hoc works instructed directly by the association. Here's how that work is set up, and what it shows about how we run commercial contracts.

Extra Works

Alongside the round, the housing association instructs us directly for one-off jobs such as clearances and overgrown areas. Each is quoted and approved before we start, then completed and cleared away without disrupting the regular schedule.

Working With Us on a Contract

This is how we set up every grounds contract, whether you manage one block or a whole estate: a site visit, an agreed schedule, one named contact and one monthly invoice. We cover Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Dartford and the surrounding area, and references are available on request.

How quickly can a new contract start?

As soon as the schedule is agreed and there's room on our round. If the site needs a catch-up clearance first, we book that in straight away so the regular visits can start from a clean baseline.

"Matt and Lenny came over to strip out our overgrown and difficult to maintain garden. They removed and trimmed all the unsightly weeds while keeping the flowers, and Matt gave us really helpful maintenance advice."
