Housing & Estate Grounds Maintenance in South East London

Communal grounds kept tidy on a fixed schedule for housing associations, managing agents, residents' associations and freeholders. We already run a regular grounds round for a London housing association, so we know what residents notice and what your contract needs: a set visit pattern, one point of contact and one monthly invoice.

Taking Over a Neglected Site

Many estates come to us after a contractor has let things slip. We start with a one-off clearance, priced separately, so the regular schedule begins from a clean baseline and your monthly price reflects upkeep, not catch-up. Fly-tipping and fallen branches are reported to you with a quote before we touch them.

Fixed Visits

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly, planned around your site

1 Invoice

Every month, one clear amount, easy to match to a PO

No Lock-In

30 days' notice to end, by email is fine

Fully Insured

Including public liability, with certificates on request

Housing & Estate Grounds: Your Questions Answered

We work for housing associations, managing agents, residents' associations, almshouse trusts and freeholders across Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich and Dartford. We're based in Belvedere, RHS-trained and arborist-trained, fully insured including public liability, and every bit of green waste is removed and recycled.

How do residents report a problem?

Anything raised with us on site is passed to your named contact the same day. We don't take instructions from residents directly unless you ask us to, so you stay in control of the contract and the budget.
