Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

1.1 Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is received.
1.2 Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
1.3 If there is a delay due to stock or supply issues, we will contact you directly.

2. Delivery Options

2.1 We currently offer the following delivery methods:

  • Standard UK Delivery (2–5 working days)

  • Local Delivery (South East London + nearby areas, 1–3 working days)

  • Collection (if applicable — arranged by appointment)

2.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, severe weather or postal/courier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method chosen and the size/weight of the items.
3.2 Local delivery fees may vary depending on distance.

4. Failed Deliveries

4.1 If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, no safe place, or no one available to receive the item, a re-delivery fee may apply.
4.2 It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details at checkout.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

5.1 If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
5.2 Missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
5.3 We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery or by improper storage.

6. Cancellations & Changes

6.1 Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
6.2 If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to return it under our Returns Policy (if applicable).

7. Click & Collect / Local Pickup (Optional — include if you plan to use this)

7.1 Collection must be arranged in advance and confirmed via email or message.
7.2 Items not collected within 14 days may be restocked unless alternative arrangements are made.

8. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping unless agreed in writing.
