South East Green Care
This Refund Policy applies to all services and physical products provided by South East Green Care (“we”, “our”, “the company”). By booking or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Refunds for Services
1.1 Completed Work
Due to the nature of garden, grounds and tree care services, refunds are not offered once a service has been completed.
If you feel the work was not carried out as agreed, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and resolve the issue.
1.2 Deposits
Deposits taken to secure appointments, materials, or booking slots are non-refundable, unless we cancel the job for reasons outside your control.
1.3 Cancellations by the Client

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the agreed call-out rate.

Refunds are not issued for cancellations made after we have begun travelling to your address.
2. Refunds for Physical Products (e.g., Waste Bags, Merchandise)
2.1 Faulty or Damaged Items
If a product arrives faulty or damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours

Include photos of the issue
We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
2.2 Change of Mind
If you change your mind:

Items may be returned unused and in original condition within 14 days

Return shipping (or collection) costs are the customer's responsibility
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items

3. Waste Bag Service (Delivery + Collection)
3.1 Bag Delivery
Refunds are not available once the bag has been delivered to your property.
3.2 Collection Refunds
If you book a bag collection:

You may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled collection time

No refunds are issued for missed or failed collections due to access issues (e.g., locked gates, blocked drive, overweight bags, unsafe placement)
4. Weather, Access & Safety Issues
If we need to postpone work due to weather or safety concerns, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
Refunds are not issued for delays caused by conditions outside our control.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days via the original payment method.
